What you are buying / 你买的是什么

The only thing you buy from us is beans — a virtual balance used inside Glowtide. Beans are credited to your wallet the moment payment clears; nothing waits on a person.你唯一向我们购买的是「豆」——Glowtide 内部使用的虚拟余额。付款到账即刻入账，没有任何环节需要等人工。

The 14-day right to cancel / 14 天取消权

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Beans are digital content delivered immediately, so at checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right for beans that have already been spent. Beans you have not spent can still be refunded within 14 days.英国及欧盟消费者通常对远程购买享有 14 天取消权。豆属于即时交付的数字内容，因此你在结账时同意立即交付，并知悉已经花掉的豆不再享有 14 天取消权。尚未花掉的豆在 14 天内仍可退款。

How a refund works / 怎么退

Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account, with the order reference. We answer within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.用账号邮箱写信到 [email protected]，附上订单号。我们 2 个工作日内答复。通过的退款按原路退回，通常 5–10 个工作日到账，具体取决于你的银行。

What happens to the beans / 豆会怎样

When we refund a purchase we take the same number of beans back out of your wallet. If you have already spent them, your balance goes to zero and the shortfall is recorded against your account; we do not claw back beans that other people have already earned from you.退款时我们会从你的钱包扣回同样数量的豆。如果你已经花掉，余额归零，差额记在你的账上；我们不会去追回别人已经从你这里赚到的豆。

What we do not refund / 不退的情况

• Beans already spent on bounties or tips — the money has gone to another person.已经花在赏金或打赏上的豆——那笔钱已经到了另一个人手里。
• Bounties on requests that have already been answered.已经收到回应的求夸赏金。
• Purchases made on an account we have suspended for fraud.因欺诈被暂停的账号所做的购买。

If you bought inside the app / 在 App 内购买的

Purchases made inside the Android or iOS app are processed by Google Play or Apple. Those refunds follow the store’s own policy and are requested through the store, not through us. Tell us afterwards and we will settle the beans.在安卓或 iOS 应用内的购买由 Google Play 或 Apple 处理，退款按各自商店的政策、通过商店申请，不经过我们。事后告诉我们一声，我们来结清豆。

Cash-outs are not refunds / 提现不是退款

Withdrawing earned beans is a payout, not a refund. Cash-outs start from 88 earned beans, need identity verification the first time, and arrive in 1–2 working days after approval.提取赚得豆是打款，不是退款。提现从 88 赚得豆起，首次需要实名核验，通过后 1–2 个工作日到账。
