What Glowtide is / Glowtide 是什么
You post something that happened to you and set a bounty in beans. Other people read it and write you a reply. You choose which reply earns the bounty, and you can tip any reply you like. Beans are a virtual balance inside Glowtide; they are not money, not a deposit, and not e-money.你写下一件发生在你身上的事，并设一笔以「豆」计的赏金。别人读完写回应给你。你决定哪条回应拿走赏金，也可以给任何一条打赏。豆是 Glowtide 内部的虚拟余额，不是货币、不是存款、也不属于电子货币。
Who may use it / 谁可以用
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.你必须年满 18 周岁并具备缔约能力。一人一号。你对自己账号下发生的一切负责。
The two ledgers / 两本账
Beans you buy can only be spent inside Glowtide and can never be withdrawn. Beans you earn from other people can be withdrawn once your earned balance reaches 88 beans. We keep the two balances separate on purpose: it is how we keep the service from being used to move money.你充值买到的豆只能在 Glowtide 内部花掉，永远不能提现。你从别人那里赚到的豆，在赚得余额达到 88 豆后可以提现。两本账是故意分开的：这是我们防止服务被用来搬运资金的做法。
What we take / 我们赚什么
Tips pass to the recipient one-for-one; we take no cut of a tip. Our revenue is the difference between the price at which beans are bought and the rate at which earned beans are cashed out.打赏 1:1 到收款人手里，平台不抽打赏的成。我们的收入是充值价与提现折算之间的差价。
Bounties and the service fee / 赏金与服务费
A bounty is escrowed the moment you post, and it is not refundable — the beans have left your wallet and are held for whoever answers. You have 7 days to pick the reply that wins it. If you never pick, 60% is split across the top three replies you actually read, and the remaining 40% becomes a platform service fee. This fee and the spread described above are the only two ways we make money on Glowtide. 赏金在你发布的那一刻起被托管，且不可退回——豆已经离开你的钱包，替回应者留着。你有 7 天时间点选拿走赏金的那条回应。 若你始终不选，60% 分给你真正读过、打赏最高的前 3 条，剩下的 40% 转为平台服务费。 这笔服务费和上面说的差价，是我们在 Glowtide 上赚钱的全部两种方式。
What you must not post / 不许发的内容
No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, personal data of other people, illegal content, spam, or attempts to move money through the service. Replies written in bad faith — copy-paste, machine-filled, or plainly not about what was posted — are removed, and beans staked on them are returned.不得骚扰、威胁、仇恨言论，不得涉及未成年人的性内容，不得发布他人个人信息、违法内容或垃圾信息，不得借本服务搬运资金。敷衍的回应——复制粘贴、机器灌水、明显答非所问——会被删除，押在其上的豆退回。
Your content / 你的内容
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us the licence we need to display it inside Glowtide and to show it to the people it is meant for. If you delete your account we stop displaying it.你写的东西仍归你所有。你授予我们在 Glowtide 内展示它、并呈现给应当看到它的人所必需的许可。你注销账号后我们停止展示。
Suspension / 暂停
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud or money movement. Where we suspend an account we tell you why, and any withdrawable balance stays yours.违反本条款、或我们有合理理由认为被用于欺诈或资金搬运的账号，可能被暂停。暂停时我们会告知原因，你的可提现余额仍归你。
Availability / 可用性
We do not promise the service is uninterrupted. We may change or stop features. If we stop the service entirely, withdrawable balances can still be withdrawn and unspent purchased beans are refunded to the original payment method where the provider allows it.我们不承诺服务不中断，也可能变更或下线功能。若我们完全停止服务，可提现余额仍可提现；未花掉的充值豆在支付渠道允许的范围内按原路退回。
Liability / 责任
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.本条款不限制依法不可限制的责任。除此之外，我们对你的赔偿责任以索赔前十二个月内你向我们支付的金额为限。
Law / 适用法律
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.本条款适用英格兰及威尔士法律，由英格兰及威尔士法院管辖。
